SMS 42 is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranties of any kind. Recognition of parcels, payments, bills and codes is automatic and can be wrong or incomplete; always check the original message before acting on it (for example before paying or collecting a parcel).

You are responsible for the messages you send with the app and for any charges from your mobile operator.

We may change or discontinue the app or these terms; the date of the last change is shown below.
