A message is not recognised, or recognised wrongly
Long-press the message → Report or suggest a rule. Describe what you expected; the app removes personal data, shows you exactly what will be sent and sends it to us when you tap Send. This is the fastest way to get a new courier, bank or service supported.

Why must SMS 42 be the default SMS app?
Android allows only the default SMS app to receive and store messages. See permissions.
How do I go back to my previous SMS app?
Android Settings → Apps → Default apps → SMS app. Nothing is lost.
A sender is in Promotions & spam by mistake
Open Promotions & spam and tap Not spam next to the sender, or long-press a message → Show sender in group.
I collected a parcel but still get reminders
Tap Got it on the parcel. Later reminders for it arrive silently and are shown muted.
